In our endeavour to highlight some of the best restaurants the city has to offer, we feel that one isn’t necessarily the best reputation for the numerous options available to meet your tastes, budget and other dining desires. As a result, Delectable Tours specialises in providing progressive dining and tapas experiences so that you can get a better taste for what the city has to offer.
Q. Are your tours suitable for tourists?
A. Yes, if you’re visiting Brisbane and don’t know where the best places are to eat, or what foods you should be trying from the region, then these experiences are the perfect way to see the city. Q. Are Delectable Tours suitable for locals?
A. Yes, If you’re a Brisbane local, Delectable Tours are also a great way to experience new restaurants that you may not have tried. Additionally, it provides you with the opportunity to spend quality time with friend’s and family without having to take much time to plan or organise a thing. Q. How do Delectable Tours differ from other food tours?
A. Unlike standard food tours, each dish you will enjoy on a Delectable Tour is picked specifically for your group to cater to your tastes, and will be matched with the beverage style of your choice. The experience is unique and customised just for you!
Delectable Tours offer private dining for larger group tours so that you and your group can better share in conversation and have a special dining experience.
All of Delectable Tours include private transportation to take you from door to door so you don’t have to worry about where you’re going, how you’re going to get there, let alone parking or worrying about having a designated driver. Instead, we will be your designated driver and host, offering you further insight into the city’s food culture and share our love and knowledge of food, wine and spirits with you.
Q. Booking and Confirmation
A. Bookings can be made by purchasing packages directly on our site at http://www.delectabletours.com.au/food-tours-brisbane/, by contacting us via this online form or on 0447.420.997
Bookings and booking requests will be confirmed within 24 hours via the email or phone number you provide at the time of the booking or request.
Upon confirmation, you will receive the next steps you need to take, including payment information, your specific dietary requirements and requests, as well as pick up and drop off information.
Q. Payment Policy
A. Our Terms are payment in full at the time of making a booking for individual and small group bookings (under 6 people). For group tours of 6 or more, 50% of the total group cost will be required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your booking date.
Q. Refunds, Changes and Rescheduling
A. To reschedule, please contact us at your earliest convenience on 0447.420.997. Tours rescheduled within 48 hours or less of the original booking will incur a $50 change fee. Tours rescheduled prior to this time will not incur a fee.
Bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to a tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and therefore only 50% of the booking payment will be refunded. We reserve the right to levy a 100% fee of the total amount where cancellations are made less than 48 hours before an experience was scheduled to start. Bookings cancelled prior to this 48-hour time frame will receive a full refund.
If you would like to make any changes to a tour, a $50 fee will be applied for each time you make a change after paying the deposit or paying for the tour in full.
Refunds will be made via the same format and account that the purchases were made with. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
Q. Experience Duration
A. The experience duration will vary slightly for each experience, depending on the group, and venues on the day. We don’t like to rush our guests at any stage, so our durations are estimates only.
If you do need to be somewhere by an exact time, we ask you to tell our staff on the day so that they can accommodate your requests.
Q. Dietary Requirements
A. All dietary requirements will be catered to, however they must be arranged prior to a tour. You will be asked about any dietary requirements upon confirming your booking and it is your responsibility to inform us of them.
All dietary requirements will be given to the venues to ensure appropriate catering it provided.
A. Gift vouchers are valid for life for their original purchase value, and can be redeemed by calling 0447.420.997, or by adding your coupon code at checkout. Vouchers are only valid for the amount or specific experience and (its standard inclusions) listed on the voucher.
A voucher can also be redeemed towards an experience where only a portion of the tour is covered by the voucher and the remainder is paid via PayPal or direct debit.
Q. Mobility Access
A. Mobility access for guests will be available* for transport and at venues when arranged in advance. Please call us on 0447.420.997 to arrange, or if you have any questions regarding this.
